Birdy Everhart (he/him) is a multi-media artist working in illustration, abstract, biomechanical, art nouveau, new school, and fan art styles. His tattoo work carries the same thing his fine art does: earnest, striking imagery exploring the nature of vitality — humanity’s willful struggle for life, and the impetus that pushes us onward.

Built for large-scale statement pieces
Birdy specializes in large-scale projects: sleeves, body-contour pieces, and full statement work that reads across the room, not just up close. If it’s sci-fi, horror, biomechanical, or drawn from the fan art you already love, he builds it as an original composition rather than a copy.
He also takes on cover-ups, makeovers, and scar work — bringing the same illustrative eye to reworking a piece that isn’t serving you anymore.

Booking a piece with Birdy
Every project starts with a consultation, no matter the size or style — a chance to talk directly with a highly skilled, technically trained artist about your vision and cut the guesswork. Inquiries are answered within about a week, with consultations typically available on Wednesdays. Appointments themselves are usually scheduled 1–2 months out, so if you’re traveling in for this, inquire early. A retainer holds your date and goes toward your total, paid up front via PayPal (with a 3% surchage for processing).

A few things worth knowing
What are the retainer requirements?
An initial retainer of $150 for customs and $100 for flash is required up front via PayPal (with a 3% surcharge for processing). Retainers are non-refundable and apply toward the total cost of your piece.
What payment options are available?
Cash is preferred for your appointment. PayPal is accepted as an alternative (with a 3% surcharge for processing).
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Get plenty of food, water, and sleep the week leading up to your appointment. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and a payment method, and wear clean, comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being tattooed.
Are touch-ups covered?
Touch-ups are offered for one year at no additional cost, provided there are no signs of irresponsible aftercare.
What type of ink is used?
All inks used in this practice are certified vegan.
Can I use numbing cream?
You must tell your artist up front if you plan to use numbing cream. It’s discouraged, and your appointment may need to be rescheduled if it’s applied beforehand without a heads-up.
Can your designs be copied or used by other artists?
No — this work isn’t reproduced, and designs aren’t provided for other tattooers to use.
