Retainers

Securing your appointment

A retainer secures your appointment and covers the design and consultation work your artist puts in before you sit down. The amount is set by your artist and confirmed when you book. Expect somewhere between $100 and $300 depending on the artist and project. Your retainer is applied toward your final price.

Retainers are non-refundable within 5 days of your scheduled appointment. By that point your artist’s design and prep work is already underway. Outside that 5-day window, terms are set by your individual artist. Ask at booking if you want the specifics for your session.

Pricing is $250/hour unless other agreements are made by the artist doing the work.

What it costs

Rates are set by your artist based on the project size, placement, and detail all factor in. You’ll get a clear quote before any work starts, and there’s nothing added after the fact that you didn’t already agree to.

We accept cash, card, and gift card.

Age & Consent must be 18 or over, with proof given of government issued photo identification.

Before your appointment

You must be 18 or older, no exceptions. Oregon law doesn’t allow a parental consent path for tattooing minors.

Bring valid government-issued photo ID to your appointment. Before any procedure, your artist will walk you through the process, risks, and aftercare, and you’ll complete Oregon’s required consent form. This is your real chance to ask questions before you commit — take it.

Rescheduling

Need to change your appointment?

Let us know as soon as you can. Retainers are non-refundable within 5 days of your appointment (see Retainers above) — the design work is already underway by then.

Health & Safety

How we work

Every station uses single-use, disposable equipment, opened in front of you. We can’t proceed with a tattoo if you’re unable to give informed consent — for example, if you’re intoxicated — or if you have a health condition that needs to be cleared with your artist first. This is about your safety, not paperwork for its own sake.

Refusal of Service

When we’ll say no

We reserve the right to decline service for safety reasons — age, ability to consent, or an unaddressed health concern. Beyond that, an individual artist may decline a specific design, placement, or project at their own discretion.
